On July 3, 2013, Equity for Children interviewed Enrique Delamonica at the ‘International Seminar on Urban Inequalities and Adolescence’ in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Delamonica is an Economist and Political Scientist, and Regional Advisor of Social and Economic Policy, UNICEF’s Regional Office of the Americas and Caribbean.
Xiomara left Venezuela in search of safety and opportunity for her children. After a difficult and dangerous journey, she found support in New York and the chance to rebuild her family’s future.
