Interview: Christian Salazar, Deputy Director, Programmes,UNICEF

ChristianUNChristian Salazar is Deputy  Director, Programmes for UNICEF and is responsible for UNICEF’s Strategic Plan, research and knowledge management, as well as for the post-2015 debates. Christian also leads UNICEF’s global technical support to humanitarian action and programming in fragile contexts. In this interview, Christian discusses UNICEF’s main concerns for children’s wellbeing in the next decade, including inequality, violence against children and the growing instability in the world. The interview also addresses ways to meet these challenges in the coming years.
