Equity for Children is proud to have collaborated with UNICEF in evaluating the organization’s global work on child poverty reduction, including efforts in humanitarian and fragile settings. Through this consultancy, our team conducted an independent assessment of UNICEF’s strategies to influence national policies, strengthen measurement systems, build strategic partnerships, and advocate for more effective and equitable child poverty solutions .
The report highlights progress made across different regions and provides targeted recommendations to enhance the integration of child poverty objectives into broader social protection, education, and emergency response frameworks. It also emphasizes the importance of better data, stronger local partnerships, and continuous advocacy to drive sustainable change.
